Prepare a delicious, yummy potatoes with this recipe

Potato is a root vegetable. They are stuffed with phytonutrients, which are organic components of plants that are thought to promote health, according to the USDA. Phytonutrients in potatoes include carotenoids, flavonoids and caffeic acid.  The vitamin C in potatoes acts as an antioxidant. These substances may prevent or delay some types of cell damage, according to the National Institutes of Health. They may also help with digestion, heart health, blood pressure and even cancer prevention.

Apart from frying and boiling, there are other best ways to prepare potato. This is an easy recipe that combines sweet onions and mashed potatoes. The mixture is then shaped into little bites and baked in the oven.

Ingredients
Potatoes, onion, egg, butter, salt, black and red pepper, thyme and curry.

Steps
Wash the potato, put it in a pot, add water and boil.

Use your knife to check if it’s done, then pour out the water, peel the potato, put it in a bowl and use a cooking spoon to mash the potatoes.

Place a pan on heat and add 2 table spoon of butter, stair it for some time and then add your sliced onions, stair and set aside.

Add egg, salt, black and red pepper, curry, and thyme into the mashed potato, mix together and put it into a pastry container
Get an oven pan and place the potato bit by bit on different sides of the pan.

Place the pan in an oven and allow for 15 minutes, then take it out and allow to cool.

Hint:
Use a knife and make a round cut at the center of the potato (this makes it easier to peel after cooking). The quantity of ingredients to be used depends on how big or small and delicious you want your receipt to be.
