Juice is a
drink made from the extraction or pressing of the natural liquid contained in
fruit and vegetables. It can also refer to liquids that are flavored with
concentrate or other biological food sources, such as meat or seafood, such as
clam juice.
Ingredients
11/2 cup water (375 g)
1 cup
pineapple chunks (165 g)
1 mango
1 orange
2 tangerines
Procedure
Place all the
ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Place a nut
milk bag (you can also use a cheesecloth or a napkin) on the top of a bowl and
pour the juice through it. Squeeze with your hands until all the juice is in
the bowl.
Serve
immediately.
