Just in - Two communities in Awka North L.G.A (Achalla and Urum) fighting over land issues, which cause three deaths and many seriously wounded

Smart Updates has gathered information that Achalla and Urum communities, both in Awka North local government area of Anambra state engaged in a brutal fight over land issues.

These two communities have been in dispute because of land issues. This dispute has made the indigenes of Urum to stay at home without going to their farmland for fear of been killed by its opponents.

Today's case has been seen as an act of wickdness by Achalla community. They took the law upon themselves and went to war in Urum with matchets and guns, killing few people and leaving many seriously wounded.

Indigenes of Urum have taken to their heels, leaving their homes and property in order to save their lives. They hereby called on liable authorities to come to their aid before things gets worst.
