U.S.-based Nigerian Tony Ugochkwu was
released from jail after serving 15 of the 18 years he was falsely accused of
murder.
To be a survivor with a wrong name,
the government must pay $10 million on the orders of the court.
Ugochukwu, according to a brief
Facebook post, left prison on Tuesday.
