Folasade Adefisayo: Only SS3 students to resume in Lagos and Ogun States – COVID-19

In the states of Lagos and Ogun, only students in senior secondary 3 classes will resume. That was confirmed on Tuesday, according to a source, by the Lagos Education, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo.

Earlier the Federal Ministry of Education gave go-ahead for the resumption of JSS3 and SS3 classes in secondary schools.

The Ogun State Governor's Special Adviser on Education, Mrs. Ronke Soyombo, has also confirmed resumption for pupils only from SS3.

However, following a meeting with Governor Kayode Fayemi, the Ekiti Education Commissioner, Mr. Foluso Daramola, said a decision will be taken on JSS3 classes.

"I'm just coming from a meeting at the Office of the Governor on the matter. We are going to make a statement on that, "said Daramola.
