COVID-19: Joe Biden guarantees free coronavirus vaccines for all Americans

Recently, the United Kingdom approved the vaccine for Coronavirus, making it the first country.

However, the United States President-elect, Joe Biden has guaranteed that COVID-19 vaccine will be free of charge in the country once approved.

Biden said he and Kamala would ensure the vaccine is distributed efficiently to every American.

On his Twitter page, he wrote: “Once a vaccine is ready and approved, @KamalaHarris and I are going to ensure it’s distributed equitably, efficiently, and free of charge to every American.”

The UK approved Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus jab for general use from next week.

Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency of Department of Health confirmed that the vaccine offers up to 95 percent protection against the pandemic.

Britain requested 40 million doses and immunizations which is set to begin within days for those in first line of priority.
