Procedure
- Get a matured Ginger and Garlic.. remove the skin and chop into small pieces then Transfer to a clean pot
- Wash the lemon juice and squeeze out the Juice into the pot, cut the skin and add into the pot
- Wash the Cucumber and slice, add to the pot
- Add a reasonable amount of water and place on the Cooker and allow to Boil for 10-15 minutes the Strain the juice into a container.
- You can store this in the freezer and take first thing in the morning and at night
