Constipation occurs when bowel movements become less frequent and stools become difficult to pass. It happens most often due to changes in diet or routine, or due to inadequate intake of fiber. You should call your doctor if you have severe pain, blood in your stools, or constipation that lasts longer than three weeks.

- Water
- Cabbage
Procedure
- Put a litre of water in a pot and put to boil, depending on the size of the cabbage, dice 1/4 portion of a medium sized cabbage and pour into the pot.
- Allow to boil for 10/15 minutes. Bring down and allow to cool.
- Sieve the portion and store the water in a container.
- Ensure you finish that portion in a day
- Do this for a week and notice the significant change.
