Method of preparation

  • 1 cucumber
  • Handful of parsley
  • Stalk of celery
  • 100g ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 Lemon

Squeeze the lemons into a blender, wash other ingredients (peel the ginger) add all to the blender and blend together.

Drink it first thing (on an empty stomach) in the morning and last thing before going to bed at night.
