sponge cake without oven
Ingredients
4 eggs, 1 cup powder
sugar, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 table spoon baking powdr, ¼ tea spoon salt, ½
cup melted butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla.
Steps
Break four eggs
into a bowl and whisk well.
Add powder sugar
and mix well.
Pour flour, add
baking powder, salt and mix well without any lump.
Pour the melted
butter and make smooth batter.
Add vanilla, mix
the whole batter without any lump.
Grease the cake
pan with butter and pour 1 tablespoon of flour into the pan, swirl to coat on all
sides of the pan, then remove the extra flour.
Pour the batter
into the pan.
Pre-heat a pot
for 5 minutes in medium flame and add 2 tablespoon of oil into the pot o prevent
non stick coating.
Place a small stand
into the pot.
Place the cake
pan carefully and cover it with lid.
Cook for 45-50
minutes on low flame.
Insert a tooth
pick/knife into the cake; it comes out clean without any cake sticking, then the
cake is properly done.
Let it cool and
remove from pan.
Enjoy your yummy
sponge cake.
