help you achieve it.

magnesium, vitamin E, fiber etc and they are incredibly nutritious and healthy
Eat real food instead of junk food
because they are unhealthy. You might find it sweet but they are usually low in
fiber, protein and micronutrients

intake result to longitivity and a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes
Consumption of fatty fish which is
high in protein, lowers the risk of heart disease, depression and dementia
Get enough sleep because poor sleep
can drive insulin resistance and reduce ones physical and mental performance
Drinking enough water boost the number
of calories produced in the body
Eat vegetables and fruits as it helps
one live longer and lower the risk of heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes.

optimal for health
Avoid too much salt because salt can
increase blood pressure which can result to heart disease and stroke.
