This fried
rice and salad makes a great lunch idea for adults and kids alike, it's super
tasty and packed full of goodness. The salad serves as an
accompaniment for to Fried Rice.
Ingredients
Rice, Chicken, Liver, Grinded pepper, Ginger, Know cube, Curry powder, Onions
Carrots, Green beans, Sweet corn, Groundnut oil, Green peas, Green pepper, Tomarent fried
rice seasoning mix, Garlic & Salt.
Method of
preparation
Perboil your rice
Steam your chicken or beef with Onions, garlic, maggi cubes and salt.
Allow it to steam a little before you add water to cook it
When the meat is done remove your meat and sieve the meat water then put the water on fire and add some quantity of water depending on the quantity of rice you're cooking.

Add sliced liver and seasoning listed above to cook the rice. Get another pot, add oil and fry the chopped carrots, onions, green beans, green pepper and sweet corn.
Pour it into the rice and mix it with turning stick.
