  1. Boil hot water
  2. Get enough fresh scent leaf and pour in the hot water
  3. Allow to boil for few minutes
  4. Get a handful of salt and pour in the mixture
  5. Bring from the fire and pour in a bowl
  6. Pull off your panty and squat on the bowl, open your legs wide with your vagina facing the bowl.
  7. Make sure you are having a good balance to avoid you loosing balance and the hot water will pour on you.
  8. Or you can use a small rubber painter that you can comfortably sit on.
  9. Allow the vapour to penetrate deep into your vagina.
  10. Do this for like 5 minutes and you are good to go.
