Ingredients
- Yam
- Pepper
- Onoins
- Salt
- Flour(small qty)
- White/ Groundnut Oil

Procedure
- Slice and boil your yam then sieve
- To your flour add water. Make the mixture watery.
- Add your sliced onions, salt and pepper
- Place your frying pan on heat ready to fry.
- Soak the boiled yam in your mixture and fry with low heat.
Tip: Add little salt while boling the yam.
Your can serve it with fresh fruit juice or pap.
It can serve as breakfast.
