Ingredients for the recipe

100g Okra

5 eggs

Green onions

½ tbspn salt

½ tbspn pepper

½ tbspn vinegar

Cooking oil


Procedures

Wash the okra and cut off the head


Boil water and add salt to the boiling water

Pour in the okra and allow it for I minute

Sieve out the water and allow to cool, chop the okra into small round shape

Whisk the egg

Slice the onion and add to the whisked egg.

Add salt, pepper, vinegar and mix together

Pour the mixture into the chopped okra and turn it.

Place your pan on low heat, add little oil and leave for some seconds

Pour the mixture into the pan and fry until well cooked or until you obtain a nice look

Dish out and enjoy with fresh milk or fruit juice.
