Children need to be provided with nutritions and nutritious foods.

Eggs are the most important food in the diet of children.  They are very important for physical development.  It also helps to increase the growth of cells.

If we pay more attention to the food we eat from an early age, there will be no harm to physical development.  

Listed below are various food that should be given to children for good physical development.

Milk 

The growth of children is high in milk.  Milk is an excellent food to boost immunity as well as it helps the body to grow well.  It is rich in calcium, vitamin D, and protein.  

Fruits

we must want to give fruits to our children to get good body growth. Such seasonal fruits will reduce the lack of resistance.  

Eggs

Eggs are the number one source of protein.  Eggs are the most important food in the diet of children.  These are very important for physical development.  It also helps to increase the growth of cells.  Boiled eggs are healthier than fried eggs. 

Vegetables

It is a good idea to include vegetables in your child's diet. that are high in iron, magnesium, vitamin B, A, and K.  Mainly carrots, beetroot, beans, and broccoli should be added in large quantities.  The development of the body will be better if the children are fed the foods available in the respective seasons.

we can avoid broiler chickens and country chickens are good so, we can be added to baby food.  This will help their physical development better.  The reason is the high level of protein in them.  It should be included in the diet of children at least once a week.

Legumes and whole grains should be given in large quantities to the baby.  Thus their metabolism works smoothly and whole grains often help to enhance physical growth.  Its role in the daily diet is essential.
