Solutions to
fibroid
- Stop taking Alcoholic drinks
- Healthy diet
- Reduce your weight
- Exercise daily for 30 minutes
- Get married early and get pregnant early
- Ensure you meet a doctor if you experience any symptoms of fibroid (Refer to Health effects of fibroid)
Symptoms include heavy menstrual bleeding, prolonged periods, and pelvic pain. In some cases, there are no symptoms. Treatments include medication and removal of the fibroid.
