Semolina is a
coarse flour made from durum wheat, a hard type of wheat.
When ground
into flour, durum wheat is known as semolina and used all over the world in
bread, pasta, and porridge recipes. This flour is darker and more golden in color than
all-purpose flour. It has a mild, earthy aroma.
Along with its
culinary uses, semolina also benefits weight management, heart health, and your
digestive system.
Ingredients
- Onion
- Fresh pepper
- Grounded crayfish or boiled fish
- 2 cups of semolina
- Egg
- Oil for frying
Method
of Preparation
Step
1: Roughly blend your pepper and onion not smooth
and then keep aside.
Step
2: Pour
the semolina into a bowl add a little bit of salt.
Step
3: Add
a little bit of seasoning, break the egg into the barter.
Step
4: Add
water (lukewarm) little by little to get the consistency of akara (bean cake).
Step
6: You
can now add your roughly blended pepper and onion to the barter; mix
thoroughly.
Step
7: Debone
the boiled fish or blended crayfish to it.
Step
8: Put
oil in the frying pan and let it heat up a bit.

9: Start
scooping it into the hot oil, remember to make it not too thick because it's
starchy, fry until it's well cooked,then flip it over.
